حذف الحساب والبيانات
من داخل التطبيق
- افتح التطبيق، ثم ⚙ «الإعدادات» ← «الحساب».
- اضغط «حذف الحساب». تظهر لك أعداد ما سيُحذف (رحلات، أعضاء، مصاريف، إيداعات، صور).
- اضغط «متابعة» (ويُطلب رمز التطبيق إن كان مفعّلًا)، ثم «حذف نهائي».
ما الذي يُحذف
- حسابك وجميع أجهزته وجلساته ورمز الاسترداد.
- جميع الرحلات بكل سجلاتها: الأعضاء، المصاريف، الإيداعات، التسويات، المبالغ الخارجية، التنبيهات.
- صور الإيصالات، وروابط التقارير المشتركة (تتوقف فورًا)، والإعدادات، ورسائل الدعم.
الحذف نهائي ويتم في خطوة واحدة. النسخ الاحتياطية التقنية تُستبدل خلال 14 يومًا.
لم يعد التطبيق على هاتفك؟
ثبّت التطبيق، اختر «لدي حساب من قبل» وأدخل رمز الاسترداد (16 حرفًا)، ثم احذف الحساب كما في الأعلى.
فقدت الرمز والهاتف معًا؟ لا نحفظ بريدًا أو رقمًا، فلا نستطيع التعرّف على الحساب بأمان. راسلنا على bms.support.app@gmail.com بأسماء الرحلات وتواريخها التقريبية، وإن تأكدنا من الحساب نحذفه خلال 7 أيام.
Delete your account and data
In the app
- Open the app, then ⚙ “Settings” → “Account”.
- Tap “Delete account”. You see how much will be deleted (trips, members, expenses, deposits, photos).
- Tap “Continue” (your app PIN is asked if it is on), then “Delete for good”.
What is deleted
- Your account with all its phones, sessions and its recovery code.
- All trips with every record: members, expenses, deposits, settlements, outside money, alerts.
- Receipt photos, shared report links (they stop at once), settings and support messages.
Deletion is permanent and done in one step. Technical backups are replaced within 14 days.
The app is no longer on your phone?
Install the app, choose “I already have an account”, enter your 16-character recovery code, then delete the account as above.
Lost both the code and the phone? We keep no email or phone number, so we cannot safely identify the account. Email bms.support.app@gmail.com with your trip names and rough dates; if we can confirm the account, we delete it within 7 days.
